Florian Oyhenart

I’m Florian Oyhenart, a French drummer born in 1994 in the south of France. My drumming journey began at the age of 7, opting for private lessons with esteemed teachers such as Daniel Dumoulin (Director of the Agostini School in Toulouse) and Pierre Belleville (The Do, Kerry James..).

For as long as I can remember, my goal has always been to explore rhythms and musical genres to develop my own unique sound and sensitivity.

Over the years, I’ve collaborated with numerous artists and groups, immersing myself in genres such as pop, rap, metal, funk, Afro, jazz fusion, and many others. My playing is heavily influenced by contemporary English and American drummers, with a fusion style that is precise, nuanced, and at times, powerful.

With over 15 years of on-stage experience across France and Europe, I’m eager to use my experience and passion for music to support artists and bands by providing them with a solid, modern, and creative rhythmic foundation.
I’m always open to collaborating with new artists, offering my sensitivity and experience to help bring their musical vision to life.
